Three years hosting. Six properties across upstate New York, the Hamptons, and southern Vermont. Same person on every reply.
Johanna grew up in central New York and stayed for SUNY Oswego. Hospitality runs in the family, and the hosting started simple. Three one-bedroom apartments in downtown Oswego, all hers, all rented direct or through AirBnB.
Word got around. Owners in Sag Harbor, New Windsor, and Wilmington asked if she would manage their places too. So now there are seven. Four she owns, three she manages on behalf of other owners. All booked the same way: direct with Johanna, no platform middleman, no service fee.

She answers her own phone. Pets are welcome at every Oswego stay. Replies usually come back within a few hours, sometimes within minutes. The work is small enough that the host is also the founder, and that is the whole point.
